What is OAMC?

Foods that you should not freeze
- Raw eggs – there is a tendency that the egg shells will expand and will eventually crack, so make sure that you will not freeze it.
- Hard boiled eggs – even eggs that are already boiled are still not advisable to freeze because it will just become really rubbery.
- Vegetables that contains high amount of water – there might be an instance that you want to freeze a meal with vegetables, right? - Sauces that are egg-based – egg-based kind of sauces like mayonnaise is also nit good to freeze because it will just curdle and separate.

- Margarine and butter – this two can last up to 3 months in freezer, so it is also one of the best food that you can freeze or add in to your recipe meal.
- Raw pastry – you can put it in the freezer for 6 months and just need an hour for it to defrost.
- Burgers – another food that you can freeze are burger, it can last for almost a month and doesn’t also consumes so much time when you will be heating it.
Tips on making a freezer meals
- Obviously, the first thing that you need to do first is to look for an easy freezer meals with shopping list on the internet or to some recipe book that can be enough to satisfy your family’s needs in a month. As much as possible also, choose more than 15 kinds of recipe so that you and your family will have the chance to taste different foods in on month even you without cooking.
- After planning for what meals to freeze and knowing its ingredients, the next thing that you should do is to buy all the things that you need to have. Make sure also that the ingredients that you will be buying is really new or fresh, for your food to still be tasty despite the fact that you will be freezing until the day that you will be eating it.
